Project Description
This roof replacement project involved upgrading both the steep-slope and low-slope areas with premium roofing materials for enhanced durability and aesthetic appeal. The main roof, featuring a steep slope, was replaced with GAF Timberline HDZ Architectural Asphalt Shingles in Shakewood, providing a textured, elegant look with superior weather resistance. The low-slope area was updated with GAF Liberty 3-ply modified bitumen roofing system, also in Shakewood, ensuring reliable waterproofing and long-lasting performance.
Additional enhancements included the installation of four new copper pipe collars, improving roof penetration durability, and a Ridge Cap in Shakewood for a seamless finish. To ensure proper water flow and edge protection, white drip edges were installed along the perimeter. This comprehensive roof replacement not only addresses functionality but also elevates the overall design and value of the property.
