Projects - Roof Replacement, Skylights & Chimney Chase

Project Description

Back in 2008, a new roof was put in place using GAF Timberline Prestique in Shakewood, and both skylights were replaced. The accompanying photo of the roof was taken in 2023. In that same year, the custom chimney chase cover was also replaced (#2). You can observe the gradual deterioration of the cover over time in pictures #3 (2023) and #4 (2008).
