Slate Roof Repairs:
This 1910 historic home features a beautiful slate roof that required some necessary repairs. Targeted repairs were made using high-quality Buckingham Blue Black slate to restore the roof's appearance and functionality.
Pipe Replacement:
Before and after photos document the replacement of old piping on the exterior of the home. An unused pipe was removed, and a new copper pipe collar was installed for a clean, professional finish.
Chimney Flashing and Cricket:
To address a leaking chimney issue, new copper chimney flashing was installed. Additionally, a cricket was built behind the chimney to help divert water away, improving the overall water management system.
This comprehensive home improvement project has restored the property's historic charm while upgrading key structural elements for long-term durability and performance.
