In 2006, The Roofing Company replaced the roof with GAF Timberline Ultra in Charcoal. In 2023, we returned to replace 5-inch gutters around the metal roof area, repaired built-in gutters, installed a new "shingle-over" ridge vent system to the apex, new aluminum pipe collar.
