Project Description
Various repairs have been carried out on this property since 2021. One such repair was for a leaking chimney. To address this issue, a cricket was built behind the chimney to divert water away, and the chimney flashing was replaced. This has resulted in a much-improved situation.
The second repair was the replacement of a kitchen vent. Before and after pictures reveal the difference this work has made.
