Project Description
Since 2013, we have undertaken a series of comprehensive repairs and upgrades to enhance the performance and longevity of this home's exterior systems:
Chimney Repairs:
- Tuckpointing of the mortar joints to restore structural integrity
- Installation of new step and counter flashing to improve water shedding
- Addition of a new aluminum cricket pan to divert water away from the chimney
Flat Roof Replacement:
- Removal and replacement of the utility room roof with a new Liberty SA cap sheet system in Charcoal color
Aluminum Siding Replacement:
- Removal and replacement of the worn aluminum siding on the side of the home
Pipe Collar Upgrades:
- Replacement of all pipe collars on the second-floor rear roof to ensure proper sealing and water management
These targeted interventions have collectively addressed various repair needs, improved the home's weather resistance, and enhanced the overall curb appeal and long-term durability of the property.
