Project Description
This lovely 1930 Dutch Colonial home in Lochhaven underwent slate repairs, which included the replacement, re-installation, or repair of up to 10 pieces of slate tiles on the front slope and up to 10 pieces on the back slope. Additionally, the chimney on the right side of the second story was repointed, mortared, and had its crown repaired. Step flashing and counter flashing were also installed.
