Project Description
This Portsmouth residence underwent a roof replacement, where we used GAF Timberline HD shingles for the Hickory Asphalt Shingle Roof. As part of this project, we also added new aluminum step/apron flashing along the sided walls to provide better protection against water infiltration. Furthermore, custom-made copper pipe collars were installed to ensure a secure and watertight seal around the pipes.
To enhance ventilation and maintain optimal airflow within the attic space, we introduced a "shingle-over ridge vent system" at the main ridge. This system not only extends the roof's lifespan but also helps regulate temperature and moisture levels.
In addition to the roof replacement, we also addressed the facia and secured the siding between the house and the garage.
