Project Description
This 1922 Historical Home in Suffolk has undergone several maintenance and repair projects over the years by The Roofing Company. In 2006, the Buckingham slate roof was repaired and two metal valleys on the back right dormer were replaced with custom-made copper valleys. In 2015, additional repairs were made to the Buckingham slate roof, including back valley replacements, front second-story slope, back right at eave on the second story, the second story below dormer, front porch left side, and back first story. Masonry repairs were also completed, and a new stainless steel screen was installed over the existing chimney opening. Two new custom-made cleated copper valleys were added to the back slope, along with a new copper strap and riveted ridge flashing. Further Buckingham slate roof repairs will be made on the front porch.
