Project Description
Since 2013, The Roofing Company has been diligently restoring the Vermont Semi-Weathering Gray-Green slate roof of this home in Hilton Village, Newport News. This involved masonry repairs, including grinding out the head and bed joints around the entire chimney above the roofline, repointing with new Limeworks historical masonry, and replacing the existing cracked and deteriorated crown with a new commercial-grade masonry crown. Our services have been approved by the Hilton Village Architectural Review Board.
