Great experience overall from quality of the product, to the estimate, the work and some follow-up work. The product is top notch. John the crew lead was easy to work with kept me informed. Gene the project manager checking in daily to make sure things were going to plan and communicating with me. And the follow through when things were not quite up to par they sent a supervisor out Dennis to put final touch. Dealing with office staff Kimba was a joy making sure I was satisfied with the job. Very professional. I liked their work so much, I called them in to replace the roof at one of my rental properties. They were timely, courteous, and their pricing was in-line with all the other quotes I had gotten for the work. What I particularly appreciated was their care to leave the work site buttoned-down and tidy at the end of each day. Two-thumbs up and 5-Stars, for sure!

Had done my due diligence looking for a reputable roofing company for a minor leak on my roof. Saw that The Roofing Company has great reviews but that they also responded which is awesome!Super smooth scheduling & Chris, the owner, personally came out to assess the roof. He recommended I fix the few things myself If I felt comfortable doing so but I’ve been tight on time so asked how much to have them do it. He pulls out his equipment & fixed everything in 15-20 minutes & when I asked how much should I pay, he told me “don’t worry about it.”SUPER impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, smooth process, great customer service & honesty & integrity above all. This company really does things the old fashioned way & I will absolutely use them for all work I need in the future & Chris & his team will be my recommendation to any friend that needs roofing help.If you are looking for a professional roofing company that treats you personally & goes the extra mile, The Roofing Company should be your first and only call. Update to this previous post. The Roofing Company just did a full replacement of my roof and the quality of the work is outstanding. I chose this company because of their excellent reputation and many positive reviews and I was not disappointed. I am very pleased with the outcome and many thanks to field supervisor, Dennis, who did a great job keeping me informed and answering all my questions throughout the installation process. He is really customer focused. Highly recommend The Roofing Company.Chris, the owner, is a true professional. He came out to inspect my roof and provided me with a detailed estimate. He also was honest with me about what I needed, and more importantly what I didn't need. He recommended that I do some simple repairs and maintenance myself that could reduce the risk of leaks in some worn areas and that could delay the need for a new roof since I had decent life left on my shingles. He instructed me what to do and where to do it and also gave me a tube of roof cement to get me started. Wow...in today’s world this is so rare. I know who I’ll be calling when it’s time to replace the roof and I recommend that you include The Roofing Company if you need any roof work.

Absolutely stellar customer service! Prompt, courteous, and called after the job to make sure I was satisfied for just replacing a few shingles. This is the second time I've used them. First time was for maintenance, also did a great job didn't try to up sell me on anything or tell me that the whole roof needed replacing like some other roofing companies did. Very honest and professional.

I highly recommend The Roofing Company!!!!From my initial contact with Joanne who is kind and professional, understanding the stress associated with having to spend money to repair a roof that was leaking like Niagara Falls. She expedited my request and within a few minutes Dennis followed up with a phone call with important/honest upfront information about how to repair my roof in the best possible way for someone that's on a strict budget. Dennis and Adam made me feel comfortable as soon as they reached my property. They are an absolute pleasure to communicate with keeping me informed upfront with what to expect from this type of repair. I couldn't wait to bring out a gallon of ice cold water to them to express my appreciation for their professional customer service minded manner. Our new roof looks fantastic!!! Thank you to you all and especially the 4 guys that did all the hard work! They cleaned up after themselves, and was very careful with the landscaping. The price was right and they stuck to the contract as agreed. Oh and not to forget Dave Page, thank you sir as it was a pleasure meeting with you and getting this whole thing started. So Far So Good. We have not had rain yet, but I am sure there will not be an issue. This project was very professional from beginning to end. Great company with excellent procedures. The crew (2 smaller groups one in front, one in back) were all very professional. Kudos to Tyler on the front crew for his extra effort on clean up and his sense of humor. A great people person.

Great company to work for. The Owners Chris and Matt are both men of honor. When they give you "Their word" they are sincere and keep it. They treat employees as family. Becky the project coordinator is on top of her game with clients and crew scheduling. Unfortunately the company restructured and my position eliminated, but as stated earlier the owners held to our payment agreement and they paid me everything earned. This might seem trivial but anyone who has been in the roofing industry as long as I have knows 90% of the roofing companies are unscrupulous and try to get over on people. It was refreshing working with people that have old fashioned morals and values.

Fantastic. I shopped and compared and read reviews before choosing which company to replace my entire roof. I chose The Roofing Company because of high reviews, and after such a great job on such a big project, they deserve another great review. Highlights would be the communication from the staff and even the owners to address any needs or concerns my wife and I had along the way, we were kept up to date on the status of when the job would begin after initially booking them and once begun they completed within 3 days. Roof looks fantastic and they cleaned up after themselves nicely. I would and have recommended them to friends and family. I had a 1 concern during the project, received a call from the owner that day to address it, and the rest is history. Job completed this summer, Aug 2019 in Trinity, FL.

Our roofing project is in process but I wanted to comment on the hard working team on our job. These guys are fast, respectful of the property and their cleanup each day is amazing. The 1st day we had an unexpected thunderstorm move through and they were soaked but didn’t leave until the roof was protected. And yes the roof is looking great

A couple of months ago we started looking for someone to install a new roof on our house as one of 3 main home improvements we were planning on doing. I contacted quite a few companies to get quotes from, and Chris with The Roofing Company was one of them. Not only did Chris give us the best price, turns out we go to the same church (It is a large church and I never mentioned it as I didn't want that to affect his quote or my decision). As I mentioned, Chris gave us the best price and I liked the reviews I had read so we went with his company. Our roof was installed on Monday and it looks awesome. We had windows installed last week, and the house was painted today, so now it looks like we have a new house.

They were very professional and family friendly. Facing the rain and bad weather they never stopped. Working late into the evening they promised not to leave until it was closed in. They returned the next day to complete my beautiful roof. Someone came the next day to clean up around the house, no nails or mess. Thank you Roofing Company. I'm satisfied.

This company is amazing! Choosing the best contractor to replace my roof was very stressful for me. In the past I have had so many disappointments with the performance of other home service contractors. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were not the lowest bid I had gotten and they were not the highest. I hired them to do the work because I had a good feeling about them from the start. They did everything as promised and I love my beautiful new roof. You will not make a mistake hiring this company for your roofing needs.

It is such a blessing to still find a company that believes and provides quality in workmanship, materials, and customer service.My mother (whom lives in Jasmine Lakes Estates) recently had her roof replaced. We assisted her in obtaining estimates (6 companies were contacted, only 5 showed and provided estimates.) Out of companies that provided estimates “The Roofing Company” was the only company that fully evaluated and explained in detail what was found and made recommendations on what was needed as well as recommendations of roofing materials to choose.The crew that did the work were outstanding, professional, did an excellent job and did an exceptional job in cleaning up as well.I highly commend the customer service. They are a very professional company. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely recommended this company to others.

The Roofing Company put a new flat roof on a section of my house several years ago. I was really happy with the work that was done and the guys that did it. Recently I called the office on a warranty issue regarding leak. Kimba in the office quickly got me all set up for a site visit. Dennis W. came out and solved the problem even though there was no issue with the originally install. He really took the time to make sure there were no leaks. I couldn't ask for better service. He even remembered my dog's name from when he met him at the original install. The company advertises "Old Fashioned Service" and they definitely deliver it. I wouldn't use anyone but them for my roofing needs!Maureen

They were awesome from beginning to end! Don't overlook the added no-cost features they provide... Secondary Water Barrier at no cost and a 3rd party mitigation inspection to provide additional insurance discounts. Chris (Owner) and Dennis (Supervisor) were on site several times during the process. However, Ezekial and his team had everything under control.I saved over $2K and received EXCELLENT service!

The Roofing Company replaced my flat roof in April 2019. Chris, the owner, came out and personally walked my roof with me and explained everything necessary to get my house where it needed to be. He wrote me a very detailed quote outlining exactly what work was to be done and what to expect upon completion. The guys were quick and completed it in about a day and a half. I would use them again.

Chris and Gene were very professional before, during and after the roof replacement. The crew that worked on our roof was respectful of our property. Each day they left you would never know they had been there. We were notified and photos were provided for every issue they found with the roof. Gene went through every picture of the final product thoroughly and ensured any questions were answered prior to making the final payment. I would definitely recommend The Roofing Company.

Update: The Roofing Company contacted me and has worked over the last month to work with me to correct the error. I'm changing my rating at this point. I really wish it hadn't come to me having to post a negative review to get my issue resolved, but they did work hard and communicate to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. My quote/contract was for 2.5 feet X 20 feet. As you can see from my photos, they did more then I authorized! Most might think this is a good thing, but I was concerned about the appearance, and was assured by Chris, that it would be "hardly noticeable"! Of course the shingles would be new, but it would only be a small strip along the edge (as you can see in the picture I posted of what my house should look like).Now if you look at the photos I posted, you will see my house (on the left) and the other house (on the right) in our neighborhood that I found that had the same repair work completed. They look NOTHING alike!If I put my house up for sale, would you buy my house with my roof looking like this? I know I wouldn't, and I KNOW they wouldn't. So they did unauthorized work that they expect me to fix it. They told me to fix it, would require my entire roof be replaced, because if they do more the 25% they are required to replace the entire roof. So because they screwed up, I'm responsible to replace my roof to correct this mess.So I warn you, they are careless, NOT customer friendly and definitely not serving Jesus Christ by doing the "right" thing!

Best value, hands down. From the initial estimate to the finished roof to the clean up, The Roofing Company delivered top shelf service. The company coordinated with me every step of the way. Chris called me the weekend before the crew arrived and ensured we were ready for the work to start. Ezekiel and his crew showed up and worked like a finely tuned machine. Dennis closed out the job and ensured I was satisfied with the work. The last man on the site walked my yard looking for any roofing debris and left with the dumpster. The only thing they left behind was a great looking, solid roof. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about The Roofing Company. From start to finish they have done everything that meets expectations and beats their competitors. Great customer service. Answered any questions we had. Had no unforeseen surprises. Work was done extremely timely. Had no delays. Roof was done in two days. Clean up was good for a roofing company. They took care of the inspections and set up the wind mitigation inspection. Couldn’t be happier. When the worker came to the site, they where very polite, and cleaned up after themselves without my asking. I would highly recommend this company for the replacing of any roofing type. I want to tell you about the splendid work that Matt and Tampa Bay roofing did for me on a persistent leak. He recently completed a repair on my home in Redington Shores, Florida. There is an old saying that the secret to success is to be pleasant, punctual and prepared. Matt and his tech certainly offer proof in support of this statement. Because I needed this done in the midst of other repairs and had to be coordinated with the rest of the project, it meant more than I could have imagined to work with someone in the area immediately gave me the impression of being professional and trustworthy. When I first called Matt, he made an appointment to meet with me that same day – and he kept his appointment. If you have an opportunity to meet him, the first thing you will notice, is that he is each intelligent and hard-working, and that he is that is imbued with a spirit of service and quality. He demonstrated by the warmth with which he greeted and interacted with me. To say that he was helpful to me throughout the time we worked together would be a vast understatement. Matt is not only conscientious in business, but genuinely extended concern about my situation. The work on my home was completed in a timely fashion and showed attention to detail. The roof repair was on a flat torch down roof, where some of the decking had been destroyed during the leak from heavy rains. Matt’s technician, matched the existing roof elements with precision. I had a leak in the roof of my house, the roof is made of tile, I contacted Chris for a repair quote, Christ is a knowledgeable roof professional. He told me immediately what the repair would be and the materials they would use for the repair. On the agreed day Jose arrived very on time and in less than 2 hours he did a tremendous job exceeding my expectations. thank you for the excellent job.

The whole experience, from start to finish, met or exceeded all of our expectations. Chris came to our house initially for a leak estimate that we called about. Once he arrived and inspected the problem area he gave us an estimate which included time and materials. Our existing roof was 20 years old and nearing the end of its useful life. He asked if we wanted him to give us an estimate on replacing the entire roof because of the age and current condition. There was no pressure to make a decision, but presented as more of an option. We were aware of the declining condition so we opted for an entire replacement estimate. Chris gave us three options to choose from and the price for each. At the end of our meeting we shock hands and he left the estimate with us. There was no pressure to make a buying decision. A few days later we called Chris with our decision to replace the entire roof. We made an appointment for him to come to our house to sign the contract and collect the deposit. Once the contract was signed we set a date that his crew would show up and complete the work. We were told that the job should take about 3-4 days depending on the weather. We were called the day before the work crew arrived, to confirm that we were still on schedule. The crew that arrived were very neat and organized. They were able to send a 7 man crew instead of a normal 4 man crew I was told. On the first day they were able to strip the old roof off and install the underlayment for water proofing. On the second day they installed the new shingles and finished the job. Before they left, they cleaned up the whole area for loose bits of roofing materials and old roofing nails.My wife and I were really impressed with the quality and care this crew treated our property. The Roofing Company provided excellent service. That came to the house and worked the whole day. The workers were courteous and knew how to do a professional job. It took about two days to complete the job and they made sure that all debris was picked up. A second crew came a day later and completed my new gutters installation in a few hours. I worked with Dennis from the Roofing Company. Dennis was so very Awesome to work with . He helped us pick a great color for our roof, so knowledgeable of the roofing business with his many years in the field..He was always available to answer any questions we had. The shingles arrived on Friday and were placed on the roof. At 8:00 AM on Monday Dennis and his roofing team arrived and they were all amazing. Great professional job. We just had the most wonderful experience! We contracted The Roofing Company for a new roof job. We met with Dennis Wood, the supervisor and decided this was the company for us. From start to finish, it went smoothly and efficiently. The actual roofing job itself, handled by their Crew Leader, Ezekiel and his team of men, took 1 day to complete the job! We were amazed. Meanwhile a neighbor on our block started his roofing job four days before us is still waiting for his roof to be completed! We highly recommend The Roofing Company above all others. They worked with us 100% because we're snowbirds and had a time constraint. They provide old fashioned service just like their motto states. They cleaned up the property like they were never there.
