I recently had my roof replaced by The Roofing Company, a very large home that is now an Air B&B. It was excellent on on every level... the crew were exceptional and the end result was simply fantastic. My Project Manager was Rick Mulligan, and he was absolutely wonderful. Rick kept me in the loop at every phase, and answered any questions for me. He was polite and professional, and I couldn't be more pleased with his management of the project, and of the crew. I would absolutely recommend Rick and the Roofing Company to anyone having their roof done. Enough said, "THE PROOF IS IN THE ROOF!"

When we decided to replace our roof, hiring a company that stood behind their work and had the backing of the manufacturer was important to us. We really did our homework and talked to a handful of companies before going with The Roofing Company, and we are so glad we did. Everyone we worked with was professional and knowledgeable. Chuck Simpson was a great resource for us and has gone out of his way to be certain that everything is perfect. I actually look forward to seeing him each year for our roof inspection! Kudos to the whole team too.

Thank you for sending such a diligent worker to my home this afternoon. Ken Ashcom came to inspect my roof for a possible rodent entry. He was sent alone to check out my very sleep roof. Ken tried multiple ways to get close to the area I was concerned about. He succeeded and told me that is was an area with copper flashing and no repair was needed. Ken also told me that my roof was in perfect condition, but I needed the gutter covers cleaned off. I truly appreciate Ken going beyond the duty call and examining my entire roof and gutters. We were in desperate need of a new roof on a portion of our house. Chuck Simpson with The Roofing Company was recommended to me by a reliable friend in the construction business. Setting up a meeting with Chuck was easy. He came out to assess the roof and explained everything there was to know thoroughly with no pressure. The price was right so we went for it. The Project Manager we worked with was Rick. Setting up the job with Rick was an easy process. He explained everything about what we could expect. The day of the job, the crew showed up on time and knocked it out quickly the same day. We weren't around so Rick kept me in the loop as the job progressed. The roof looks great and we couldn't be happier with everything. Thank you to Chuck, Rick, and the rest of the team we worked with! I have already recommended The Roofing Company to a family member as well as a friend, and would recommend them to you as well.

The Roofing Company is a great company for all types of outdoor repairs. I had my roof replaced and it made the house look brand new! This is the third year since they installed it and they still come out and check on it. They are very professional and knowledgeable. It was the best decision I ever could have made. I highly recommend The Roofing Company for your exterior renovations! I have been using this company for repairs for the last 5 years and have had nothing but good experiences. Brian is very knowledgeable when discussing different repair options and recommendations. He is fair and trustworthy. My go-to repair team is Mike and his crew. He always keeps me in the loop and performs quality work every time! These guys are the best!

I appreciated James Zajd coming by for a happy check. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The roof was in great shape with no issues When the roof was installed the workers were very professional and kept the area neat in cleaning up the debris that occurred taking down the old roof

I did some checking on roofers before settling on The Roofing Company. While cost was a major issue, I was also concerned about quality. After all, this was an investment that I wanted to last more than a quarter century. Ultimately I settled on The Roofing Company primarily for quality and reasonable cost. The foreman for the job - Rick - supervised the entire process and had the whole show rolling right on time. As projected the roof was stripped down to the wood, cleaned and re-roofed in a single day. The crew sheltered the shrubs exposed to the old shingles, got the nails cleaned up, and left a good-looking, new roof. They also cleaned out the gutters and provided some other actions at no additional cost - just simple kindnesses. Two points I also want to share: first, if you are ex-military the company will help you obtain a refund of around $500. Second, The Roofing Company insists on using storm-resistant shingles (well above normal shingles) for that next hurricane. They believe in them so much that they lowered the cost of storm-resistant shingles below the cost of normal shingles. Consider that when you're shopping.

I am so happy that I chose The Roofing Company to complete my roofing repairs! After the bad wind storm we had, I noticed that I had multiple shingles down and an exposed part of my roof. I moved into my house a year ago as a first time home buyer and I have never had any need to contact a roofer. I called around and what I loved most about The Roofing Company is that they provide free estimates (as long as you aren't selling the house) and that they really worked with me to get someone here as soon as possible. Brain came out to do the estimate and he explained the process to me and he was very kind and knowledgable and the estimate was very reasonable. The person that came out and completed the work was Adrian and he was amazing!!! Even though I wasn't home, he kept me updated via text messages (since I couldn't accept calls at the time) and he sent me detailed email messages with pictures showing the before and after pics and all the work that was completed. He not only repaired the shingles, but he inspected my roof, fixed some of my gutters and resealed my PVC pipes at no extra charge!!! Adrian went above and beyond and when he came back to finish the job, he was very kind and understanding! I will definitely be using The Roofing Company for all my roofing needs in the future and would recommend them to anybody in the area!

The responsiveness of The Roofing Company from start to finish was top notch. We filled out an online request form at night for a roof replacement estimate and were contacted immediately. Ken came out to the house and spent well over an hour and a half inspecting not only the roof but the attic as well. He presented us with several options, explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. After performing our due diligence and receiving quotes from other companies, we ultimately chose The Roofing Company based on their presentation, professionalism and pricing. We were contacted by Debbie at the office who set an install date approximately two weeks out. We were happy to be contacted by Greg a day later who said he could fit us in a bit earlier than expected. He then came out to the house a few days before the install to set our expectations and review the entire process.The crew showed up on time, performed the install flawlessly and then cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. It was as if they were not even there.. except for the new roof of course.If you are on the fence about which company to select for your roofing needs, you owe it to yourself to choose The Roofing Company. We will be recommending to our friends and family any chance we get.Special side note to The Roofing Company - Please give Ken, Greg and the support staff back at the office a big pay raise. The Roofing Company did a great job on our replacement roof. This is the second time we have used them (once for a flat roof), and both times they were professional, timely, clean, and had great follow up. Rick was a great project manager for this job.

The re-roofing of my 1921 Bungalow has not gone as smoothly as I had hoped, however The Roofing Company has stepped up to the plate and sent people out to repair the leaks. Don't know what went wrong but they have stood behind their work and have made it right.
